Welcome to Higher Echelon

This group was founded January 2008 by Dennis Chau, Ed Kahler, and George Shakhnazaryan. It orginal purpose was to fulfill a requirement for Dr. Jason Leighs class : CS 426 - Video Game Programming.

As the class progressed, we began to view our course work in a different manner. The goal was no longer to merely finish the project. We wanted to push the limits and create something that is amazing, different and fun. Noticing this drive and dedication, Jason offered us positions as Reasearch Assistances at the Electronic Vizualization Lab, fondly known to us as EVL.
